National Certified Investigator and Inspector Training: Regulatory discipline and compliance professionals participate in a three-day, hands-on training and certification program in investigation and inspection techniques and procedures. The program takes attendees through every step in the investigative process: from planning the investigation to writing the report. Designed for both experienced and novice investigators, the program’s teaching methodologies include lectures, role playing, group activities and video presentations.
Criteria to earn this badge
To earn this badge, individuals participate in the three-day NCIT Basic program and passed the cumulative exam with a 70% or higher. In addition to this badge, anyone who completes the Basic curriculum, achieves a minimum of 70% on the course examination, and meets the one-year employment requirement as a regulatory investigator or inspector, may then apply for CLEAR’s NCIT Basic Certification. This badge is not to serve as proof of certification.
